Mama Apartment is located in Perea, at about 50m from the beach. It’s a completely renovated apartment in a residential building, with two private parking places.

The apartment (64m2) has a terrace (18m2), two separate bedrooms and a living room with a double sofa bed and it’s suitable for five to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, together with a coffee machine and dishwasher. Guests can also use the washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, as well as lots of towels provided for replacement if the guests stay longer. The apartment is ensured, it has an alarm and video surveillance, as well as mosquito nets on windows and doors.

The accommodation is open throughout the whole year.

Nearness of the promenade, restaurants and taverns makes Mama Apartment the perfect choice for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The beach is a few kilometers long, with the restaurants, taverns and bars along it, as well as the promenade that you can walk for hours.

Nei Epivates is practically connected with Perea and Agia Triada is also nearby. There’s a daily boat from Perea to the center of Thessaloniki. The ride takes 35 minutes and costs 6e per person. The city bus runs to Thessaloniki. Halkidiki is only fifty kilometers away so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of this beautiful peninsula.

If you feel like shopping, Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos, the largest shopping center in Thessaloniki, are at just a few minutes drive. There is also Lidl supermarket in Perea. As the airport is close, this city is also attractive for people arriving by plane.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
