Lina Apartment is a well-equipped apartment located in Perea, just 80 meters from the beach, right in the center of this popular seaside resort, which is close to Thessaloniki and very near the airport. Perea is known for its long sandy beach, promenade, and numerous restaurants, taverns, and cafés, making it an ideal place for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is also a great base for short trips, as Thessaloniki, as well as the peninsulas of Kassandra and Sithonia, are easily accessible and offer additional opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. Its location provides the perfect balance between beachside relaxation and discovering the rich culture and natural beauty of Northern Greece.

The apartment, located on the first floor, has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six adults. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two joined single beds, while the living room features a sofa that can sleep two.

This air-conditioned accommodation has one air conditioner in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large oven, a big fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay for June, July, and August is seven days.
The minimum stay for April, May, and September is three days.
In this accommodation, a security deposit of €50 is required to cover any potential damage or harm to the apartment, which will be refunded to the guests if no damage is caused.
