Al Mare Studios is located in the very center of the seaside resort of Peraia, just steps from the sandy beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sea the moment they step outside. The location is ideal for those who want everything within reach, as shops, restaurants, cafes, and the promenade are all accessible without the need for transportation. This combination of the sea, amenities, and convenience provides the perfect setting for a relaxing and authentic holiday throughout the year.

There are three studios available, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. They consist of a sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom.

The double studios are intended to accommodate up to two adults and feature a double bed, while the triple studio is intended to accommodate up to three adults and, in addition to a double bed, also includes a fold-out armchair.

A baby cot is available upon request and free of charge.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine. One double studio has two standard hot plates, while the other studios are equipped with a single-burner portable cooktop.

On the balconies furnished with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves, as well as changing bed linen and towels.

One parking space per studio is provided for guests of this accommodation.

The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant, with an excellent location within easy reach of the sea, making it ideal for a relaxing weekend and even a longer vacation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
