Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The accommodation offers two studios situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
Each studio features a living area with a double bed and an additional single bed in the form of an armchair or sofa, as well as a kitchenette and a bathroom.
A baby crib is available upon request and is included in the price.
