Apartment cleaning is not provided during the stay but can be arranged for an additional fee. For stays of 10 nights or longer, bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day, while this service is not included for shorter stays. Additional sets of bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for an extra charge.

Guests have access to on-site parking with limited capacity. Additional parking is available nearby along the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
