Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for StavrosMartziou Maria Rooms is the accommodation at the exit from Stavros in Milies settlement, about 20m from the beach and 2km from the center. They offer 10 studios for 2-4 people, a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue, sitting and dining sets, as well as private parking.
The closest store and bakery are located in Platani, about 1,5km away.
All studios (20-24m2) have one double and two bunk beds (except one with a sofa). One studio is slightly larger and accommodates up to five people.
The studios have air conditioning (chargeable), internet access, TV, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen (small fridge with freezer and 2-ring hot plate), bathroom (shower without a curtain) and a terrace.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after five days, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by guests.
After entering Stavros, follow the main road, pass through the center and continue ahead until you reach the restaurant Kalamatianos (1,5 km from the center, located on the left side of the coast). Martziou Maria Rooms is located after the restaurant on the right-hand side.
Martziou Maria Rooms is the ideal choice for those looking for decent accommodation, in a quiet location, at a reasonable price. It is also a great base for touring the beaches between Olympiada and Ierissos.

Welcome to a place so warm and welcoming, as the morning sun. Whether for one or more nights, we believe that with us you will feel like at home.
We offer comfortably furnished rooms at affordable prices. Our accommodation is 10 meters from the sea. It’s a beautiful unit comprising of studio type of rooms. The rooms are self-contained apartments with a kitchen, wireless internet, air conditioning, bathroom, WC and a balcony with sea view. It has parking and a large yard with a barbecue. It’s a welcoming and warm family home that offers tranquillity and relaxation under plane trees and palm trees, just opposite the sea.
During the stay, you can visit Mount Athos, the ancient site of Amphipolis, a little further Stagira, Philippi and the Cave Alistratis.
Stavros is located 80km east of Thessaloniki. Take the highway from Egnatia to Kavala. Turn right at the exit Stavros - Redina and follow the road straight until you reach the traffic light. Then turn left to the main road (parallel to the Egnatia motorway) until you reach the traffic light. Turn left and go straight until the intersection. Then turn right and follow the road to Agion Oros straight on to get in Stavros. Go straight ahead towards the direction of Olympiada and after 2km you reach our property.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
