Hotel Description

Art villa is located in the new part of Stavros, about 250m from the beach and can host up to seven people. It is located in a quiet part of town and offers guests privacy, proximity to the beach, yard and private parking.

The center is about 800m away, the nearest market is 250m away, while the bakery is 650m away.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, toaster, large fridge), with a dining table and two sofa beds. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. On the first floor, there is a bedroom that looks towards the sea, has a double bed and an extra bed, and this room is not separated from the lower part of the accommodation by a door.

The villa has two verandas, one in the front and one in the back of the ground floor. The yard is fenced and landscaped and has a barbecue and a set for sitting and dining, with a parasol.

In front of the yard is a private property that is used as a parking lot and it is possible to park several vehicles.

Art Villa is ideal for families and travelers who want a peaceful vacation in excellent accommodation near the beach and who don’t mind a little more distance from the center of Stavros.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
