Christian House is located in Stavros, a place surrounded by hills and pine forest which is considered a spa town, 700m away from the sandy beach. The property is situated in a green oasis, with a spacious yard for enjoyment, as well as a barbecue, creating the perfect environment for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The accommodation unit is located on the first floor and can accommodate four adults and three children. It consists of a living room, kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the other bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with four burners, a large fridge with freezer, microwave, and kettle. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain.

From the balcony, equipped with seating furniture, guests can enjoy a view of the yard. In the landscaped yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for guests.

Cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay is done by the guests themselves. The replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay if the reservation is for 10 nights. These services are not provided for shorter periods of stay.

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
