Downtown Luxury Studios is located in the second largest Greek city and the second most significant port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, Thessaloniki, overlooking the Thermaic Gulf, just 21 km away from the Waterland water amusement park. This accommodation is situated in the part of Thessaloniki known as Vardaris, and just a few meters from the property, you will find bakeries, supermarkets, and everything you might need.
The property offers four studios with a double bed and a sofa for two people, located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, and designed to accommodate up to four adults. Two of the studios (No.1&2) do not have a balcony, while the other two (No.3&4) feature a balcony equipped with a seating set.
A children’s crib can be added upon request at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a TV with Netflix streaming, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
