Owner description
Downtown Luxury Studios is located in the second largest Greek city, but also the second most important port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Bay, Thessaloniki, at a distance of 21 km from the water amusement park Waterland. This accommodation is located in the part of Thessaloniki better known as Vardaris and just a few meters from the accommodation there are bakeries, supermarkets and everything you may need.
This accommodation offers four studios with a double bed and a sofa for two people, which are located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. Two studios (No.1&2) do not have a balcony, while two studios (No.3&4) have a furnished balcony.
On request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with a Netflix streaming platform, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, a bathroom with a washing and drying machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.
The accommodation cleaning during the stay is done by the guests themselves, and there is also the possibility of service cleaning with an additional charge of 10€ per service. For stays longer than seven days, guests have at their disposal an additional set of bed linen and towels, which they can change themselves if they wish. An additional set of bed linen and towels is not provided for stays shorter than seven days.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but parking is possible in the surrounding streets. Near the accommodation, there is a private parking lot where parking is possible for an additional fee.
This accommodation is open throughout the year and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.
Downtown Luxury Studios is located 850m from the train and bus station in Thessaloniki, 1.5km from the Serbian Military Cemetery, 2.6km from Aristotle Square, 4km from the most famous symbol of Thessaloniki - the White Tower, and 19km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

For reservations for period from 25.10.2023 to 31.12.2024, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 5 % of total reservation is allowed.

For reservations for period from 25.10.2023 to 31.12.2024, for stays of 30 nights and more, discount of 20 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
