Alex Apartments is located in the center of Skiathos Town, approximately 400 m from a sandy beach and just a few minutes’ walk from restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and shops. Thanks to its excellent location, it is an ideal choice for guests who wish to stay close to all the amenities and attractions that this popular resort town has to offer.

The complex consists of two separate sections and comprises a total of four modernly furnished apartments, designed for guests seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay during their holiday.

Two apartments are situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. They feature a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two persons.

The remaining two apartments are located on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to six adults. They consist of a living room, kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed suitable for two persons.

A baby cot can be provided in the larger apartments upon request and free of charge.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning in the living room. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi, TV, a safety deposit box in the larger apartments, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a full-size cooker, a large refrigerator with freezer, and an electric kettle. The larger apartments additionally include a coffee machine and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the verandas and balconies, which are furnished with outdoor seating, and enjoy views of the surrounding area.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays of 10 nights or more, apartment cleaning, as well as linen and towel changes, are provided every five days.

Private parking is not available on the property, however, street parking is available nearby.

Alex Apartments is located approximately 650 m from the Old Port of Skiathos, a popular promenade lined with numerous tavernas and cafés, about 6 km from Evangelistria Monastery, one of the island’s most important religious and historical landmarks, and around 9 km from Kastro, the former medieval capital of Skiathos, offering impressive sea views. Alexandros Papadiamantis International Airport, located within Skiathos Town itself, is approximately 4 km from the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment, No. 001, for period from 30.06.2026 to 15.07.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 129 euros per day.
For reservations in 4 Bed Apartment, No. 002, for period from 30.06.2026 to 19.07.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 129 euros per day.
