Not far from the sea, in the new part of Sarti, there is villa Irida. Although it is close to the main road, it has a large yard and it is protected from the noise. The yard is a real little paradise for families because it has a gazebo, barbecue and toys for children.

It is about 220m away from town’s sandy beach, and the nearest supermarket is about 300m away. The city center with all amenities is about 800m away.

The villa consists of six quadruple studios (24m2), two quintuple wooden cottages (40m2), one triple deluxe apartment (35m2) and one triple studio (37m2) adapted for people with disabilities.

Quadruple studios are equipped with one double bed and bunk beds. Three studios are located on the ground floor and have balcony of 6m2, while the other three are on the first floor and have a slightly larger balcony.

Groud floor wooden cottages are next to each other. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the second one two single beds with a drawer bed and in the living room a sofa. Kitchen is a little bit separated from the living room, but not by the door.

Triple deluxe apartment is on the ground floor and it has a double bed in the bedroom and a folding armchair in the room with the kitchen.

Triple studio is also on the ground floor and everything is adapted for people with disabilities. It is equipped with a double bed and a folding armchair.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV and internet. In the kitchen there are hotplates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator with a freezer compartment (only wooden cottages have a large refrigerator with a freezer). In the bathroom there is a shower cabin. On the balcony there is a sitting set and each unit overlooks the courtyard, except the triple ones which have street view.

Within the courtyard there is a private parking. The yard is nicely designed, and it’s perfect for families who like to grill or enjoy on sunbeds while watching the children playing on a mini-playground with swings and slide. Warm atmosphere is contributed by a very friendly owner of French-Greek origins, who is always available for guests.

Accommodation is located on the main road in Sarti, it has a sign, so it can’t be missed from wherever direction that you are coming.
