Esperides Villas is a well-maintained accommodation at only 130m from the sandy beach in Fourka. There are four neat and comfortable duplex apartments for a maximum of five people. Guests can use ample private parking, barbecue and laundry service. Small pets are also welcome. The property is located in a quiet environment, but very close to the center, so evening facilities are easily accessible.

The center with restaurants and taverns is 60m away, while the nearest supermarket (Masoutis) is just 10m away. The first bakery is located 20m from the property.

The facility was last renovated in 2012.

All four apartments (60m2) have the same structure. They have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, large fridge, microwave, toaster, electric cooker) with dining area, living room with two sofa beds (pull out), bathroom (bathtub with curtain) and two terraces (the front one is larger) with awning and laundry drying rack.

All units are air-conditioned, they have internet access and a TV. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are available on request. There are no mosquito nets, but the owners provide mosquito repellent devices.

Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days, while guests themselves maintain the hygiene in the apartments.
