Katerina’s villa is a quality accommodation, close to the center of Afitos. There is a 7 accommodation units, capacity for 2-5 people. The accommodation has a spacious, fenced and landscaped yard with lots of shade, summerhouses, children’s playground, basketball court, barbecue and parking within the yard.

The nearest market and bakery are located about 800m away, while the beach is about 700m away, or about 15 minutes’ walk.

Most of the accommodation units are located on the high ground floor, raised 5 steps above the level of the courtyard. On the first floor there are two double studios and one apartment with two bedrooms. The yard is spacious and nicely decorated.

Three double studios and two upstairs studios have a double bed.

The three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed.

The smaller apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and can accommodate 4 people, i.e. a family with two small children.

The larger apartment has a capacity of up to 5 people, has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a double bed and a single bed.

The upstairs apartment has a double bed in each bedroom.
A baby cot is also available to guests, upon request, and this service is not charged separately.

All units are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and two-burner stove (the large apartment has a four-burner stove, but the oven is not available for use) and a cooker, internet access, TV and hair dryer.

The bathrooms have a shower without a curtain, and the two-bedroom apartment on the first floor has a bathtub. Only the larger apartment on the ground floor has a glass screen in the bathroom.

All accommodation units have terraces, and there are summer houses in several places in the yard, intended for complete enjoyment of peace and shade.

The guests also have a shared barbecue in the yard, with a spacious summer house.

Towels and bed linen are changed every four days, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay.

The friendly owners live on the first floor of the building and are there for everything you need.

The accommodation is located above the main road, not far from the entrance to Afitos.

Excellent cleanliness and hospitality, and it is a great choice for both couples and families with children, because of its good location (on the road between Kallithea and Afytos).
