**If you are looking for accommodation on an isolated and quiet location, close to Koviou Beach and Nikiti, Alexander Haus can be a great choice for you. It offers the air-conditioned studios for 2-4 people, with wireless internet, a nice and safe yard full of greenery and private parking, and it’s a pet-friendly accommodation. **
The accommodation is just 270m from Koviu Beach and 5km from downtown Nikiti and Masutis Market.
All nine studios on the ground floor, on the first and second floor, are neatly and decently furnished. Between the first and second floor, there is an intermediate floor with two studios. On the top floor, between the two studios (one with partial sea view), there is a large common terrace. The studios are double, triple, triple for three adults and a child, and quadruple.
Double studios have one double or two single beds. Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. The triple studio for three adults and a child (no. 5) is located on the first floor and it has one double, one single and one extra bed. The quadruple studios have one double bed and two single beds. Due to the difference in surface area of the quadruple studios, a baby cot may be added to some studios, and in some it may not fit.
The studios have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove and necessary utensils, LCD TV, mosquito nets on windows and doors, bathroom with shower and a private terrace with seating area, awning and drying rack. The downstairs studios have an unfenced porch with table and chairs. If one of the guests needs a hairdryer, he can ask the owners. Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, are done after four nights. If the stay is less than 10 nights, bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights.
Around the accommodation, there is plenty of greenery and a large yard with a section for children with swings and seesaws. In one of the summer houses, there is a barbecue and a small electric stove, and there is a tap nearby. The beach can be reached by a road below the highway, so it is safe for children. There is also a private parking lot with enough space for everyone.
As you drive along the main road towards Sarti, about 5km after Nikiti, on your right you will see a signboard with the inscription Alexander Haus.
The owners are very friendly, so Alexander Haus is recommended to anyone who does not care about luxury and to those who need accommodation that exudes peace and cleanliness.
