The complex Ikies Mantsiou Apartments is located on a promenade in the center of Nikiti. The first thing that captures attention is the large and lovely arranged yard, equipped with comfortable loungers with canopies and open-air dining rooms for socializing and relaxation. With its ideal location, this villa provides a beautiful sea view and offers to its guests the opportunity to spend a vacation without using a car.

The sandy city beach is across the street, with gradual entrance to the water and it’s suitable for children. To the left and right of the accommodation, there are numerous taverns, pizzerias, bars, fast food restaurants, beach bars, souvenir shops, children’s facilities, pastry shop and a kiosk with newspapers and magazines. Well-supplied supermarket Smile, bakery, and pizzeria are about 400m away.

The complex consists of two buildings with a total of 19 studios for four persons and apartments for five persons.

The studios on the ground floor and first floor feature one double bed, a sofa bed for two persons, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartments on the ground floor and first floor have a separate bedroom with one double bed and a ceiling fan, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed.

The studios on the second floor (Attic) include a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two sofas, one of which unfolds into a bed for two persons, while a double bed is located on the loft gallery in the attic.

The second-floor apartments with two bedrooms (duplex) feature a separate bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and a TV, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one sofa bed, a TV, and air conditioning, and a double bed on the gallery.

The second-floor duplex apartments with two bathrooms and sea view include a separate bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, a small refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a small balcony. There is also a living room with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, TV, and air conditioning, while a double bed is located on the gallery.

All accommodation units are bright and feature a large private balcony covered with an awning, equipped with outdoor seating furniture and a clothes drying rack. Some units offer direct sea views, while others have partial sea views. The furniture is modern and of high quality, and the kitchens are fully equipped. Studios and apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, CD and DVD players, wireless internet, a hairdryer, and a bathroom with a glass shower cabin and 24⁄7 hot water. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the kitchens include a large refrigerator with freezer, a two-burner glass-ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and cookware, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, and an electric kettle. On each floor, there is a cooker with an oven available for shared use, and upon request, guests can also receive an additional portable hot plate.

On the first floor of the building, there is a laundry room with a washing machine available for guests, as well as an iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Cleaning is carried out daily, while bed linen and towel changes take place every four days.

In the courtyard, guests have access to a large TV screen, a shower, and a gas barbecue. The private and secure parking area (the gate is locked), located behind the accommodation, offers sufficient parking space for all guests. On the beach, free sun loungers and umbrellas are available. The umbrellas are placed on the beach, while the sun loungers are arranged above the beach, allowing guests to take them as desired and return them after use.

You can reach the complex by turning right at the central traffic light in Nikiti and driving toward the beach, then continuing left along the beach for approximately another 300 meters.
