Regular studios are triple (in total 10 - five of them on the ground floor and five of them on the first floor) and quadruple (in total 8 - on the ground floor and on the first floor), five-bed (in total 3 - on the ground floor and on the first floor), the first ones with one double and one single bed, the second ones are with one double and bunk beds, while the five-bed room has a double bed, bunk beds, and a folding armchair. They are rented as double studios too. The deluxe studio can accommodate up to five persons, while it is rented as a triple and a quadruple one. It is equipped with one double bed with drawers, one single and one extra bed. The apartments are located on the first floor, one is equipped with a double bed and two single beds, while the other has a double bed, bunk beds and one single bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. In the kitchen, there are hotplates and a small fridge, while in the bathroom there is a shower cabin in the deluxe studio and a shower tray in all the other units. On the balcony are a table, chairs and an awning. Deluxe studio has a side sea view from far away, while the other units have a pool or mountain view. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every five days. Pets are not allowed.

In the front yard, there is a swimming pool around which one are sunbeds, a bar, an outdoor shower, then built-in barbecue and a gazebo, as well as toys for children. In the backyard, there is private parking.

Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, when you see Villa Doxa on the right, turn immediately right, on the dirt road. That road will lead you exactly to the Michalis House.
