The location of Gianna House is fantastic, because it’s in the old part where all content of Sarti is concentrated, and yet it’s in a quiet place. Just 30m far from the beach, it is ideal for couples.
Gianna House is located at the end of the old part of Sarti, in the second row of houses from the sea. The sandy beach is divided into several parts by rocky capes, and only road and one accommodation stand between it and the house. The nearest supermarket, as well as bars and taverns, are only 50m away.
Accommodation consists of two quadruple and four double studios. All are located on the first floor, except for one quadruple studio that is located on the ground floor.
Quadruple studios (around 25m2) have one double bed and bunk beds and they overlook the sea. Double studios (around 20m2) have one double or two single beds. Studios (no. 1 and 3) have garden view, while studios (no. 2 and 4) have side sea view. All studios have double bed.
The studios have balcony with awning or umbrella, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. In the kitchens there are hotplates and small fridge. All bathrooms are renovated and they have shower tray with curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced at the half of stay. The hairdryer is possible to get from the owner when it is necessary.
Accommodation doesn’t have its own garden or parking. It is possible to park next to it, under the children’s playground.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, turn to the second street left after entering Sarti. Continue straight until the end of the street, then turn left and after 100m you will see Gianna house on the left. In the evening the center is closed because of the promenade, it is better to turn to the fourth street left, next to the club Fact, and continue straight until the end and then again left and after 350m you will see the house on the left.
Kind owners are available to guests whenever they need anything. The accommodation is full of freshness and cleanliness. It’s certainly suitable for couples, but for families as well because of the playground next to it.
