Konstantina Luxury Apartments is a high quality accommodation in Nikiti. Modern design, spacious, clean air-conditioned apartments for six people with wireless internet, cleanliness and location near the city and the sea, which provides guests with a quiet holiday, make Konstantina Luxury Apartments the ideal accommodation for a family vacation.
Accommodation is located at about 500m from the sea, and the city beach is about 1km far away. At about 200m from the accommodation, there is the main road, where you can find supermarkets, stores, bakeries, and pharmacy.
It was built in 2014 and it is equipped very modern and convenient. In the offer are three apartments (80m2) for four adults and two or three small children (depending on age). A combination of five adults and two children is not possible.
Apartments are arranged quite similar. They have a spacious kitchen with a living room and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a contemporary designed electric stove with an induction hob, large fridge with freezer and all necessary utensils, so it can be comfortably used by two families or larger groups. In the kitchen, there is also a (free) safe deposit box, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker. In one apartment, in two separate rooms, there are one double and two single beds. The other two apartments, in the bedrooms, have a double bed. In the living and dining room, there is a table with chairs, a sofa bed for two children, and a possibility to add an extra bed with a standard mattress for another child. All the rooms have access to spacious and beautiful terraces, furnished with wooden tables and chairs. On the terraces guests can dine and enjoy the peace and greenery, with a partial sea view.
The apartments have mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, and hairdryer. If necessary, the owners will do the laundry free of charge. Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every five days.
In a small fenced yard, there’s a barbecue available to all guests, as well as the parking space in front of the house.
At the entrance to Nikiti, right before the Mikel cafe, turn right at the little bridge and go towards the sea about 220m. On the right side, you will see this accommodation.
