Alegria Suites is one of the most beautiful accommodations in Nikiti, designed to satisfy even the most demanding visitors. The building is new, modernly decorated, furnished to the smallest details with a lot of style and taste. Here you will be able to feel with how much attention and love the owners take care of the satisfaction of their guests and you’ll fall in love with this place.
It is located in a quiet place, far from noise and crowds, yet quite close to all the facilities of Nikiti. The villa is about 400 meters away from the city beach and promenade, where you can easily reach many restaurants, taverns, pizzerias, cafes, beach bars that are just below each other. About 400 meters away is a well-equipped Masutis supermarket, a grocery shop and a bakery.
In total there are fourteen accommodation units: three studios on the high ground floor which can accommodate up to three people (Junior and Superior), one studio on the high ground floor which can accommodate up to two people (Deluxe) and seven maisonettes on the first floor which can accommodate up to four (Executive) or five people (Family). There is also an elevator, for the guest of units on the first floor. All accommodation units overlook the pool and the garden, all are comfortable, bright, clean and neat.
Deluxe suite has a double bed, junior suites have a double and a single bed, superior suites have a double bed and a folding armchair, while in the maisonettes there is a folding sofa on the lower level, which becomes a double bed (Family maisonettes also have an additional bed that pulls out from underneath), and on the gallery above, separated by a fenced, wooden inner staircase, there is a double bed. All beds have anatomic king size mattresses.
In each unit there is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, hotplates, fridge with a small freezer compartment, toaster and tea/coffee maker. All bathrooms come with a glass shower cabin, hairdryer and free toiletries and cosmetic products. All units have nicely furnished, spacious and private balconies that you can completely cover with an awning with an electronic opening/closing control. In the accommodation, there is satellite TV, good WiFi signal, air conditioning, mosquito nets, dryer rack for laundry, soundproofing rooms, and the facility is also suitable for people with special needs. You can use iron and ironing board, high chair, various social games, puzzles, books … Upon request, a baby cot (with an extra charge) and an extra bed (with an extra charge) are also available. Cleaning is done on a daily basis, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days, and if necessary more often.
Next to the swimming pool with jacuzzi, you can enjoy all day long using sunbeds and umbrellas, and towels for swimming pool/beach are provided. The garden of the villa is arranged, large and fenced, with a nice lawn for the children to run and play, and there is a gazebo with outdoor seating sets, good for socializing. On the private parking there is enough space for all guests.
If you are coming from the directiion of Thessaloniki, the best is to turn off from the main road to Nikiti right after Masoutis, continue straight and on the firsts crossroad turn left, then to the first street on the right and after few meters you will see the accommodation.
