Tucked in the quiet part of the village of Sykia, there is a stone house with a traditional spirit in every sense, so its name Traditional House with View suits it perfectly! Inside the house, everything is decorated in the same style, but it’s additionally equipped with all the necessary things for the unforgettable stay of guests.

The house is about 250m from the center of the village, with several taverns, fast food, bakery, butcher’s shop, pharmacy and shops. On Saturday there’s a market place with plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables and fish. Sykia beach is a bit further, more precisely 5km away, so you’ll need a vehicle to reach it.

On the ground floor of the house the owner has a store full of various things for children and handcrafts, while on the first floor, there’s a duplex apartment for rent. The apartment can accommodate up to five adults and 1-2 children.

The apartment consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. The first bedroom has one double bed and a baby cot, the second one has one double and one sofa bed, while the third one has one single and one sofa bed. The living room is eqipped with another sofa with a drawer bed, TV and a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a mini-oven with hotplates and a large fridge. In the bathroom, there is an edged showering area with curtain. The terrace overlooks the mountains.

The yard is small and fenced. It has a lawn suitable for children and a sitting set. Private parking is not available, but guests can park along the street.

You will find the house very easily, just follow the main street through the village. After entering the village, continue ahead, pass through the center and drive ahead. Pass the Mimoza tavern and after 200m you’ll get to the end of the street that branches. Turn to the right and a few meters later you will see the house on the right-hand side.

Traditional House with View is an excellent choice for those who’d like to get to know Greece in a different way, and the combination of tradition and the kindness of the owner will make your holiday unforgettable.
