Athina Villa is an accommodation in the old part of Sarti, not far from the large public parking lot. It can be a good choice for guests whose priority is vicinity of the beach and other amenities, as well as good quality/price ratio.

The beach is 120m away, and you will find plenty of shops, taverns and cafes nearby.

They offer are six studios in the basement, on the first and second floor.

Studio no. 1 is in the basement, it’s triple, with one double and a single bed. Studio no. 2 is located in the basement, it’s quadruple, with one double and two bunk beds. Studio no. 3 is located on the first floor, it’s triple, with one double and a single bed. Studio no. 4 is located on the first floor, it’s quadruple, with one double and two bunk beds. Studios no. 5 and 6 are on the second floor, they’re triple, with a side sea view, one double and a single bed.

The studios are air-conditioned, they have TV, kitchen with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment and necessary utensils, mosquito nets and bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are replaced halfway through the stay.

Courtyard in front of the house is small, while the big part of it is used as parking.

The easiest way to reach the accommodation is if you turn off the road Sarti – Sykia towards a large supermarket, pass the parking lot and turn into the first street right. You’ll see the house 100m later, at the second intersection, on the left.

Athina Villa can be a great choice for families or couples who’d like to stay in the center of all events, yet out of the city noise. Friendly owners will make your stay even more enjoyable.
