Olga Studios is an accommodation unit near the sea in Neos Marmaras, on the hill close to the Paradisos area. It is a solid quality studio, that is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The nearest beach that can be reached on foot is 250m away. It’s small and not arranged, with pebbles and stone. The beautiful, sandy city beach is 1,5km away, while the beach in Paradissos is at 400m. The city center is about 800m away and the nearest supermarket and bakery are at 350m.

In the offer is a triple studio with a capacity of 3+1 (about 20m2), and it can accommodate up to three adults and one child (with an extra bed and extra charge). The accommodation unit has one double bed and one single bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen: a mini-stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and all necessary dishes and utensils. There are TV and air conditioning, fan, WiFi internet, shutters, mosquito nets and a safe deposit box. The bathroom has a hairdryer and shower tray with curtain. The studio is located on the high ground floor (several steps above the street level), it has a separate entrance and a spacious private veranda that is equipped for a comfortable stay with a sitting and dining set, and it has sun umbrella and laundry drying rack. Laundry iron, bed linen and towels are available, with a replacement after every five days.

Aside from some stone paths that surround the property - there is no yard or private parking, but guests can park their cars on the street in front of the accommodation.

To reach this accommodation turn off the main road at the first turn to Neos Marmaras (from Nikiti), then continue along the same street forward for about 800m.

Olga Studios is recommended for guests who are looking for an affordable, but decent accommodation, on a quiet location outside the city bustle.
