Near the accommodation is a charming town square with bars and restaurants, the Nikiti Museum, an old church. It is located about 430m above the Nikiti-Sarti main road, the Progres supermarket is just 120m away, and the bakery and grocery store are about 130m away.

The triple studio has a double bed and a sofa. The studio’s bathroom is with a shower cabin, in a charming boho style. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave, stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and necessary kitchen utensils.

The quintuple apartment is located on the ground floor, with a panoramic sea view. It is new and comfortable, with two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - and a large living room with a folding sofa. The bathroom of the apartment has a bathtub with curtain. In the apartment there is also a large dining table and in front there is a veranda with a seating set. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped.

The units are air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, internet access, hair dryer and TV.

The courtyard in front of the property is arranged, full of greenery, with barbecue. Private parking is available on site.

Next to the Day By Day café, on the left side of the main road, go for about 290m, till you reach the Progres market. After the Progres market, turn left and after about 120m you will reach the accommodation.
