Alexia’s House is a neat accommodation facility located in one of the most popular locations in Nikiti. Studios and apartments are nicely equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and just in a few minutes easy walk from the accommodation there is the sandy beach and the main promenade full of bars, taverns and cafes.

Accommodation is located about 150m away from city beach, promenade, and center with a complete and rich variety of tourist offer . At a distance of about 1km there are big discount stores Lidl and Masutis, while the nearest bakery and supermarket are about 500m away.

Alexia’s House offers studios and apartments that can accommodate 2-4 people, located on the ground floor, the first and second floors.

On the ground floor, there is one four-bed studio. On the first floor, there are two double, two triple, and two four-bed apartments, while on the second floor, there are two triple apartments, four four-bed apartments, and two four-bed studios.

The two-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, that is separate from the kitchen.
The three-bed apartments have one double bed in a separate bedroom, and one single bed in the kitchen.
The four-bed apartments are equipped with one double and one single bed in separate bedroom, while in the kitchen there is another one single bed.
The four-bed studios have one double and two single beds in the kitchen room.

All accommodation units are air conditioned and have a TV, WiFi internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are identically equipped with a two-burner hot plates, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, as well as all the necessary utensils and accessories. The bathrooms have a shower tray, and hot water is available 24⁄7.
Each accommodation unit has a balcony equipped with a seating set (some of them overlook the courtyard, and some of them parking and the street).

A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is done after three nights.

The house has a beautifully landscaped yard with plenty of natural shade, where guests can use a shared barbecue. There is a large public parking lot in front of the accommodation, where there are usually available parking spaces.

The easiest way to find accommodation is to take a right turn from the main road at traffic light in Nikiti, and continue straight down the street for about 600m (on the left you will see a children’s playground), then turn left.
