Alios Gaia is a new, modern accommodation close to the city beach in Nikiti. It has six units with a capacity of up to four people, and the main advantages are a large landscaped yard with a lawn, toys for children, a barbecue and seating area, as well as a parking lot across the street, with enough space for all vehicles.

The accommodation is about 180m away from the beach and the nearest restaurants, while the nearest supermarkets are about 650m away.

Out of a total of six units, three are on the ground floor and they have one double bed and one single bed each, and three are on the first floor, and they also have a gallery. In these units, there is one single bed with a drawer bed on the lower level, and on the upper level, i.e. the gallery they have a double bed.

Kitchens in all studios have a hob with two hot plates, a small refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a microwave.

The bathrooms have shower cabins.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be provided on request. There is a private seating area in front of the ground floor units, while the upstairs units have two balconies, one on each level.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
