La Mare Armonia Villa is accommodation close to the city beach in Nikiti. It has six units with a capacity of up to three people, and the main advantages are the yard with two movable grills and seating area, as well as the proximity of all the contents that this place offers.

The accommodation is about 200m away from the beach and the nearest restaurants, while the nearest supermarkets are about 600m away.

Out of a total of six units, four are located on the floor (two on the first and two on the second floor, standard studios), and two in the semi-basement (eco studios). Standard studios (18m2) each have two joined single beds, while eco studios (20m2) in addition to two joined single beds also have a sofa for a child up to 12 years old.

Each studio has a hob with two hot plates, a kettle and a small fridge in the kitchen, and the bathrooms have only tiles (no enclosed shower area) and curtains.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be provided on request. The units in the semi-basement, unlike the units on the first floor, do not have a balcony.

The accommodation also accepts small pets, with prior agreement with the owners.
Vehicles are parked on the street, in front of the accommodation, there is no private parking.
