Chrys House accommodation is located on the main street in Nikiti, the street that leads from the traffic lights to the sea, and is a step away from the beach and all other contents, which is its biggest advantage. It has two spacious, fully equipped units with a capacity of up to six people.
The nearest bakery is across the street, the nearest supermarket and restaurant are 100m away, and the beach is 180m away.
Studio in the basement intended for the stay of up to two adults and equipped with a French bed. The kitchen has two ceramic hobs, a large fridge freezer, a water kettle, and a toaster, which allows you to prepare simple meals and drinks. The bathroom is equipped with a tuš kadom.
The apartment with two bedrooms on the second floor (100m2) can accommodate up to seven people. There is one double bed in both bedrooms, one single bed, and one sofa in the living room, and it is possible to add an extra bed. In the kitchen of this apartment, there is a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as all the dishes. The bathroom has only tiles, no enclosed shower area. The apartment has two balconies, one of which overlooks the street and the other that overlooks the yard.
The studio on the upper ground floor (35m2) can accommodate up to four people. There are two single beds on the lower level, and one double bed on the gallery. The kitchen has a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower cabin. The studio has a large balcony with a view of the yard.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets, a washing machine (the studio’s washing machine is outside), and a hairdryer.
The cleaning of the units, as well as the changing of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
The yard is small, behind the house, and there is a barbecue in it.
Vehicles are parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
