Phoenix Studios is a cozy accommodation on a quiet location, in the old part of Sarti, not far from the beach and from the center with all amenities. It’s ideal for all to whom the location is important, as well as that the accommodation is new and modern.

It’s located 300m from the sandy city beach, and about 200m from the center, nearest market and bakery.

Phoenix Studios is a newly built complex with eight studios (23m2). Double studios have one double bed, while the triple have one double and a single bed. In some triple studios, four people can stay, because, beside one double, there’s a drawer bed. The studios are air-conditioned, with equipped kitchen, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and hairdryer. Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is performed after three days.

There’s a barbecue in the courtyard and plenty of facilities for children. Private parking is not available, but in front of and around the accommodation, there’s plenty of parking space.

Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the main road to the second street left, continue ahead and turn to the third street left. 80m later, you’ll see the accommodation on the left.

Phoenix Studios is a great choice for couples, families with young children and anyone who’d like to enjoy comfortable and carefully arranged accommodation with very friendly owners.
