In the vicinity of the spacious, sandy Sykia beach near to the village of the same name, in a beautifully arranged yard, there is Rafael Studios, a beautiful, modernly decorated, ground floor house that will make your holiday unforgettable.

Sykia beach is 120m away, and the closest mini-markets are about 300m away (part of Melissa and Pitsoni campsites).

Rafael Studios has one quadruple apartment. As we already mentioned, it has a very good and tasteful interior. In the living room there are two single beds, while in the bedroom there is one large double bed. The kitchen is equipped with numerous appliances, among which are coffee maker, kettle, stove, small fridge with freezer compartment, as well as necessary dishes. In the bathroom there is a shower with curtain. The house has an exit to the porch with a dining table, awning and a laundry dryer. House has TV, air conditioning, internet. Replacement of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

In the large, grassy yard there is a barbecue. Parking is also provided.

If you are traveling from the direction of Sarti, after entering the territory of the Sykia municipality, you will turn from the main road to the first street on the left as soon as you pass the large bakery Pargas (which is also on the left side of the road). Then you will continue this way for another 900m, where you will turn left and after 100m you will see the courtyard where this accommodation is located.

Rafael Studios could be a great choice for families as it is close to the beach and who want to spend their vacation in a well-equipped accommodation. Also, the yard represents a real oasis in which children can play safely, and the location of the house itself is a very good base for visiting other beautiful beaches in the surrounding area.
