Filyra Private Beach Villa is a luxury accommodation located right on the coast between Ormos Panagias and the popular resort of Vourvourou, which has direct access to a private sandy beach with natural pine shade. The two-storey building is fully equipped with new and functional furniture, and guests in this accommodation can expect comfort, convenience and a pleasant ambience, as well as a precious sense of privacy - because they will have the whole house to themselves.

The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful location, and a concrete path about 30 meters long leads from the building to the beach.
The nearest shop is about 1.5 km away, taverns and other tourist contents are at a distance of about 3-4 km, and the big discount store Lidl is located near Nikiti, at a distance of about 10 km.

The accommodation consists of two levels, each with a separate entrance, three separate air-conditioned bedrooms (two with one double that is one with two single beds), living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and balconies with sea view equipped with table and chairs.
The villa has WiFi internet and TV.
The kitchens are fully equipped and have a large stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
The bathrooms have glass shower cabins and hairdryers, as well as washing machine.

A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the premises during their stay, as well as for changing of bed linen and towels that are provided by the owners.

The building is surrounded by an unfenced spacious yard full of pine trees.
Guests have at their disposal deck chairs and parasols, seating sets, barbecue, as well as a large private parking lot.

If you are coming from the direction of Nikiti you will find the accommodation if you turn left from the main road about 2 km after passing Ormos Panagias into the street from which the dirt road leading to the building separates.
