Venice Studio and Apartment is the accommodation in Pefkari, 250m from the beach. It’s located in a garden full of greenery, with private parking. It offers renovated studio and apartment and equipped with everything you need.

The nearest beach is only 250 meters away. It is at some 450 meters from the center of Potos and the same distance from the center of Pefkari. Next to a quiet local road that connects Potos (the part where the hotel Alexandra Beach is) with Pefkari. Guests can choose whether to swim at the town beach in Potos, at the beach of hotel Alexandra beach, the left or right side of Pefkari bay. All these beaches are accessible on foot.

The supermarket is less than 100m away on the main road, it is called Masoutis and it is famous for affordable prices. Also, markets in Potos are easily accessible by foot.

The house offers one big apartment for five persons and one triple studio. Both are on the first floor with garden view. House has been completely renovated for the season 2016.

The apartment is duplex (45m2), there are two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. One room is with one double bed smaller than standard and one single bed, while in another room there is one double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped, has a small stove with oven and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is with a shower tub. This apartment can accommodate up to five persons.

Studio (28m2) consists of one space with a double bed. Kitchen is separated with a sliding door from the room. It is equipped, has a hot plate with one burner and fridge of medium size. The bathroom is small with a shower without a shower bath. It can accommodate two adults and one child.

Both accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets and safe. There is also internet access.

Both units can be entered by the stairs that lead to a common terrace from which one enters inside. The apartment has a large porch on the terrace, with table and chairs, while the studio has some sitting space in the other common terrace.

Cleaning and replacement of linen and towels is done every three days.

In the yard, there is a playground for children and a barbecue.

Parking is in the yard.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, continue on the highway and after 2km you will come to Pefkari. Do not turn on the first but on the second right, after the Masoutis Market. The accommodation is on the right side of the street and you will see a signpost along the way.

The location of this house is excellent, as is a 5-minute walk from the beach, and Pefkari, Potos, and it is easy to approach by a car. Viewed from the direction of Limenaria, the house is at the end of Pefkari, after a camp. Eva’s Paradise and Venice Deluxe Apartments, which are also in the offer on our site, and Venice studio and apartment are 50m one from another, one on the left and the other on the right side of the road when you look in direction coming from Potos and Alexandra Beach hotel.
