Studios Emotions is a newer property, very nicely and functionally equipped, not far from a sandy beach with a long shallow. Private parking is available on site, as well as a fenced yard with a lounge area and a barbecue.
The accommodation is less than 130 meters from the beach at Skala Potamia, a short walk from Golden Beach and a ten-minute walk from the strictest center of Skala Potamia. It has four apartments and one studio.
The apartments (35m2) have one bedroom with double bed and a living room with a couch that can be transformed into two single beds. There is also a kitchen in the living room. One apartment on the ground floor and first floor has two balconies while the other two apartments have one balcony each. The apartments are spacious, the terraces are also ideal for families with two children.
The studio (28m2) has been renovated for the 2026 season. It has four beds and contains a French bed and a sofa for two people. It is located on the high ground floor and overlooks the courtyard. It has its own enclosed seating area in front of the accommodation unit. Cleaning is carried out daily, with linen and towels replaced every two days.
The courtyard is very nicely furnished, grassy, with paths and fenced so that even the youngest visitors can play safely. There is also a shared space for socializing.
The villa has private parking.
You can reach the accommodation by turning left at the Korina Hotel from the main road from Limenas and continue driving straight until you come to an intersection where you need to turn left and continue driving straight until you see Emotions on the left.
If you want new and quality accommodation near the sandy beach with a long shallow, then the Emotions villa is an excellent choice.
