Skalla villa is located in a peaceful environment, away from the noise and traffic. It is a new accommodation, with new and quality furniture. There is a barbecue that guests can use. The owners are very polite and always there to help the guests.
Skalla villa is located in the wider center of Limenas, 220m from the center and 700m from the city beach. The first market is located 200m from the villa. The villa is located uphill and you can access it by stairs.
The accommodation consists of 3 studios which are located on the ground floor and they have 22m2. First studio no.101 is closest to the stairs and it has two single beds and two sofa beds. The second (no.102) and the third studio (no.103) have one double bed and one pull out drawer bed that can be used if needed.
In front of the last studio (no.103), there are a common kitchen and i washing machine that all guests can use. Also there is a barbecue.
All studios have a bathroom (tiles with a curtain), fully equipped kitchen with hot plates and a small fridge, hair dryer, iron, safe, LCD TV and AC. In front of each studio, there is a table with chairs. The space is separated with curtains so that the guests could have some privacy. Baby cot is provided upon request and pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, replacing towels and bed linen is provided every 3 days.
The accommodation hasn’t private parking, but nearby you can find a parking place easily.
Upon disembarking, take a left turn, and drive straight to the old harbor. After you reach the museum in Limenas, take a right turn, then another right turn. Drive straight some 100m, and take another right turn and after 450m, you will see on your left side a house, accessible by stairs.
This accommodation is an excellent choice for all people that would like to stay at the bigger place, close to all city events, archaeological places and nice beaches.
The apartment is on just 5 minutes from the promenade which is full of shops and restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).
