Ioli Apartments is a quality accommodation on very quiet location. On guests’ disposal are private parking and two swimming pools, from which ones one is for the youngest visitors. Accommodation units are very meticulously maintained and hygiene is on high level.

Accommodation is located in the wider center of Limenas, in the street Dimitriadou. About a kilometer from the very center, and about a kilometer and a half from the beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (900m), Tarsanas beach is about 1km from the villa, after Vurnelis beach.

In total there are eight apartments and four studios. For internet reservations, units 102, 103, 204, 207, 208, 209 and 210 are available.

In the low ground floor (few steps under the ground level) there are two accommodation units, apartment no. 102 (32m2) nd 103 (28m2). Apartment no. 102 is consisted of two single beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed for one person in the living room. It can accommodate up to three persons. Apartment no. 103 is consisted of two single beds in the bedroom and folding armchair for one persons. It can accommodate up to three persons, like the apartment no. 102.

On the first floor are four apartments and three studios:

Apartment no. 204 - consisted of one bedroom with two merged single beds and living room with kitchen in which one is a folding sofa for two persons. The size of the apartment is 24m2 and it can accommodate two adults and two children. Apartment has two balconies which have pool view.

Apartment no. 205 - consisted of one bedroom with two merged single beds and living room with kitchen in which one is a folding sofa for two persons. The size of the apartment is 32m2 and it can accommodate two adults and two children. Apartment has pool view.

Studio no. 206 - consisted of two merged single beds. Compared to the most accommodation units, this studio has a shower cabin instead of a bathtub. The size of the studio is 20m2 and the balcony has backyard view.

Studio no. 207 - consisted of two merges single beds. The size of this studio is 17m2 and it overlooks the backyard.

Apartment no. 208 - consisted of two merged single beds in the bedroom and one folding sofa for two persons in the living room. The size of this apartment is 30m2 and the balcony has backyard view.

Apartment no. 209 - consisted of two merged single beds in the bedroom and one folding sofa for one person in the living room. The size of this apartment is 24m2 and the balcony has frontyard view.

Studio no. 210 - consisted of two merged single beds and its size is 17m2, while the balcony has pool and frontyard view.

On the second floor are two apartment and one studio.

Apartment no. 311 - consisted of two merged single beds in the bedroom and one folding sofa in the living room. Both balconies of this apartment are overlooking the backyard and its size is 30m2.

Apartment no. 312 - consisted of two merged single beds in the bedroom and one folding sofa for one person in the living room. The balcony is overlooking the front yard and the swimming pool and its size is 24m2.

Studios no. 313 - consisted of two merged single beds. Its size is 17m2, while the balcony has pool view.

Two bedroom Apartment no.314 -consisted of one double bed, two merged single beds and two sofas. It’s size is 135m2. It has three separate bathrooms. The balcony is overlooking the pool and the garden.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. In 2018. all the bathtubs in units ##103, #206, #207, #209 and #312 were replaced with a shower cabin. Bed linen are replaced twice a week, and towels are replaced three times a week. Cleaning is done every third day.

Courtyard is a medium size, but it well arranged, full of paths, flowers and greenery. Accommodation has a private parking too, right in front of it.

Upon disembarking from the ferry, follow the direction to your right hand side and drive (for about 300m) along the sea. When you get to the part where a narrow road leads toward the hotel Vournelis and the eponymous beach, follow the main road and turn left. 150m later you’ll get to the big intersection with Dimitriadou street, turn left, and 200m after the turning you’ll see Ioli Apartments on the right side of the street (on the road that leads from Limenas to Prinos, on the corner, after the gas station and Paradise Studios.

The villa is new and beautiful, with a pool in the courtyard and deck chairs and umbrellas along it. At first glance, you can see that’s excellent, meticulously and carefully arranged and maintained. The owners are wonderful people, and the guests are mostly Dutch. So, if you want quality accommodation in Limenas, Ioli Apartments is an excellent choice.
