Athina Maisonettes is a quality accommodation, furnished with a new furniture, in a quiet location, whose accommodation units have a beautiful view of the entire bay. Private parking is available on site as well as a built-in barbecue.

Athina Maisonettes is one of three connected buildings (along with Athina Rooms and Athina Studios). It’s located 150 meters away from the Golden beach in Skala Panagia, in its left part, as seen from the land towards the sea, on the opposite side in relation to Skala Potamia, on the left side of the road as seen from Skala Potamia. The first market is 100m away.

There are a total of two luxury penthouses (45m2) - accommodation units on two levels. On the ground floor of one maisonette is a living room with two sofas for two children and a well-equipped kitchen, and upstairs is a bedroom (without a door) with a double bed that has access to a terrace with fantastic views. In this maisonette, it is possible to insert a fifth extra bed, in which an adult can sleep, but it is necessary to fold it during the day, due to more space. The second maisonette is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and two sofas on the ground floor. Two adults can sleep on the sofas. There is a bathtub in the bathrooms. There are two verandas on the ground floor, in front and behind the entrance.

Maisonettes were built in 2009 and equipped with new and modern furniture. They have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, hair dryer and an iron, as well as kitchen with a stove and oven, a toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and a fridge.

Cleaning is performed everyday, while bed sheets and towels are changed on three days.

In the part of the yard with green area there’s a barbecue, sitting furniture, a few toys for the children, and all in the shade. Within the yard is also private parking with a few parking spots. You can park around the villa also.

The easiest way to get to this accommodation is to turn left towards Golden Beach (Skala Panagia) if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, entering the village of Panagia. Just drive straight until you reach the spot and until you see on the left, on the corner, the Ana Market. Turn left in he street next to the Anna Market and continue straight up to the top of the hill where you will see Athina Maisonettes.

If you want a quality and comfortable accommodation on a quiet place, close to the beach and the center, with a beautiful view of the sea, then Athina Maisonettes could be a good choice.
