Description
Athina Studios is a very high-quality accommodation near the beach, with modernly decorated studios offering a fantastic sea view. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, filled with flowers and greenery, and guests also have access to private parking.
Athina Studios is one of three connected buildings (together with Athina Maisonettes and Athina Rooms). It is located approximately 150m from Golden Beach in the village of Skala Panagia, at the far left end looking from the mainland towards the sea, on the opposite side from Skala Potamia, to the left of the road as seen from Skala Potamia.
Athina Studios has a total of six quadruple studios (30m2). The studios are spread over three floors, with two studios on each floor. Both studios on the ground floor have double beds, but they differ in the sense that one has a sofa and a single bed in addition to the existing double bed, while the other one has two sofas and a single bed. The latter is suitable for a family with three small children. The studios on the upper floors (first and second) have a double bed, under which two additional beds can be pulled out, aligning with two single beds. It should be noted that the space narrows in these studios after the beds are pulled out.
The terraces are very comfortable and offer a fantastic sea view. The ground floor studios have seating areas in front of the entrance instead of a terrace. All studios are equipped with air conditioning, TV, a terrace, a kitchen, wireless internet, a hairdryer, and an iron, while a baby cot is available upon request. In addition to stoves and refrigerators, the kitchens also include an electric kettle and a toaster. Only the studios on the high ground floor have mosquito nets. All studios have a shower cabin without a curtain, except for one ground floor studio that has a bathtub.
Daily cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels every three days are provided.
In the part of the yard with a grassy area, there is a built-in barbecue, seating sets, several toys for children, all in the shade.
Private parking is available within the courtyard, and parking around the accommodation is also possible.
If you are coming from Skala Potamia, drive straight until you reach Ana Market on your left, located at the corner, then turn left. Continue uphill until you see Athina Studios at the top of the hill.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan smeštaj za 3 odrasle osobe i 2 deteta ( 5. I 7. God) u periodu od 17, 18. 19.ili 20 avgusta pa 10 noćenja? Poželjno bi bilo apartman sa dve odvojene prostorije. Unapred hvala
