** Athina Studios is a very high-quality accommodation close to the beach, with modern studios with fantastic sea views. The courtyard is landscaped, full of flowers and greenery, and guests have access to private parking. **
Athina Studios is one of three connected buildings (along with Athina Maisonettes and Athina Rooms). It is located about 150m from Golden Beach in the eponymous place (Skala Panagia), in its extreme left part, viewed from the mainland by the sea, on the opposite side to Skala Potamia, on the left side of the road, viewed from Skala Potamia.
Athina Studios has a total of six four-bed studios (30m2). Both studios on the ground floor have double beds, but they differ in that in one, in addition to the existing double bed, there is a double sofa bed and in the other a single bed and an extra bed. Upstairs studios have two connected single beds, below which are pulled out and two extra beds that, when pulled out, come in the same level with two single beds. We have to mention that the spaces shortens when the beds are pulled out in these studios.
The terraces are very comfortable and with fantastic sea views. Ground floor studios have a seating area in front of the entrance, instead of a terrace. All studios have air conditioning, TV, terrace, kitchen, wireless internet, hairdryer and iron, and a cot is available on request. Kitchens, other than hot plates and refrigerators, come with an electric kettle and toaster. Mosquito nets have only studios on the high ground floor. All studios have small shower tub, without curtains, except one studio on the ground floor that has a bathtub.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
In the courtyard area with the grassy area, there is a barbecue, sitting sets, several toys for children and everything is in the shade.
Private parking is located in the courtyard and you can also park around the accommodation.
If you are coming from the direction of the Skala Potamia, you need to drive straight until you come to the Ana Market on your left, which is on the corner, and then turn left. Continue straight uphill until you see Athina Studios at the top of the hill.
If you want quality and comfortable accommodation in a quiet location, close to the beach and the center, with beautiful sea views, Athina Studios can be a great choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
