Akti Belvedere Villa is located right on the Pachis beach. Surrounded by pine trees and greenery, the villa is tucked away so well that you can not perceive it from the main road. The beach is sandy and with natural shade so it is ideal for families with children. The accommodation has a nice courtyard, swimming pool, bar and restaurant within the complex and, of course, a private parking.

Accommodation is about 8km away from Limenas, and it is located on the far-right side of the beach (viewed from the coast). Skala Rachoni is 2km away, and there you can find a large supermarket (on the main road).

There are five four-bed apartments available (4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Suite, 45m2), one apartment with jacuzzi (4 Bed Apartment, Suite Boutique, Hot Tub, 40m2), three superior rooms (22m2) and one superior room with Jacuzzi (4 Bed Room, Superior Boutique, Hot Tub, 35m2).

The apartments (marked in the price list as 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Suite) are very nicely decorated, with spacious terraces with a direct view of the sea. All are located upstairs. There is one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two people in the living room with kitchen. There is a possibility of inserting an extra bed for the fifth person, because the apartment is intended for families with two to three children. They have a wonderfull sea view.

Apartment with jacuzzi (in the price list marked as 4 Bed Apartment, Suite Boutique, Hot Tub) is located on the upper ground floor and has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace with a partial view of the sea. The maximum capacity of this apartment is four people, two adults and two children.

Apartments have kitchen elements, electric kettle and toaster. Hot plates does not exist because cooking and frying are prohibited.

Superior rooms consist of one double bed and a sofa bed, so they can accommodate from two to four people. They are located in the semi-basement, a few steps from the yard level.

The room with jacuzzi (marked as 4 Bed Room, Superior Boutique, Hot Tub in the price list) consists of a double bed and a sofa bed. This unit is located on the high ground floor.

The halfboard is based on a la carte offer.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV set, safe box, hairdryer, modern and new furniture.

Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed regularly.

Large garden in front of the accommodation is full of greenery, trees and flowers. It’s located next to the beach, so if you wish you can move to the deck chairs in the shaded courtyard at any time of the day. The pool is quite large, surrounded by deck chairs and sun umbrellas.

Private parking is provided within the complex.

The beach in front of the villa is sandy, organized, with free deck chairs and sun umbrellas for the guests. The sand is both in the water and on the coast, the depth increases gradually, there’s plenty of shallows for children and the water is very clean. The part of Pachis beach with a natural shade begins in just a few hundred meters to the left.

Akti Belvedere Villa is ideal choice for those who want absolute peace during the summer vacation. It’s located right on the beach and surrounded by pine trees and forest. Not quite in the city, but only five minutes by car from the capital with all the amenities. This villa truly offers everything.

If you have small children for whom you want to provide natural shade, fine sand, shallow and clear water, garden, swimming pool and clean air, or you would like to feel the intense smell of the sea and pines, a vacation in the true sense of the word - then Akti Belvedere Villa is more than a good choice.

For shopping, you can go to Limenas that’s only a few minutes drive away. This small town offers a wide selection of restaurants, taverns, shops, a large promenade, entertainment for children and supermarkets with good prices.
