Anna’s Villa offers to its guests the opportunity for a quiet holiday, given its location, away from traffic and noise. The accommodation units are very well maintained, modernly furnished, and the guests have a swimming pool and barbecue at their disposal, as well as tables and chairs to hang out and enjoy.

This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 600m from the city beach and 500m from the city center.

The accommodation consists of two buildings and a total of four accommodation units: two studios (25m2), an apartment (55m2) and a maisonette (two-level studio, 35m2). All units can be rented together, so this complex can accommodate up to 15 people.

The ground floor building at the back is consisted of two triple studios. Both studios have a double bed and another single bed of standard dimensions is drawn from the double bed. Also, in the ground floor building, but on the front side, there is an apartment which has a double bed in the bedroom, and in the living room a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed and, if necessary, an extra bed for the fifth person can be inserted.

The maisonette is located in a two-storey building behind the one on the ground floor and this two-storey building is a separate unit. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed, while downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa bed that can be transformed into a double bed.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a glass shower, mosquito nets, a large TV, a hairdryer and a separate terrace.

The cleaning is done every two days while the change of bed linen and towels every four days.

In the courtyard there is a gazebo for enjoying, and a barbecue.

Private parking is provided for all the guests.

The nearest market and bakery are about a five-minute walk away.

When you get off the ferry in Limenas, follow the route to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you will reach Panagia, go through the center and follow the path to Skala Potamia (Chrisi Akti). When you pass the BP gas station and then the EKO pump, after about 50m on the right you will see an ATM machine and a bakery and then turn right, then the first street on the left and after some 50 meters on the left you will see this accommodation.
