Vista Del Mare Luxury Villa is a comfortable accommodation, neat and very nicely arranged, ideal for two families who’d like to spend a summer vacation together. Located on a quiet location, away from the noise, it gives real pleasure to those who want to spend a vacation in a small town.
This villa is located in Kinira, a few minutes walk (300m) from the beach. Paradise beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island is less than 1km from the house.The nearest market is at 750m.
The house (110m2) has two separate bedrooms with one double bed each, one small room with two bunk beds, two bathrooms, a very comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two and a large, fully equipped kitchen, including and a stove with oven. In the living room, there are two air-conditioners and a TV.
The bed linen is replaced once a week, and the towels twice a week.
The house has a fantastic sea view from the porch where you can enjoy with a family or friends. The yard is nicely arranged, with plenty of flowers and greenery, contributing to the overall appearance of the villa. Internet is also provided.
Private parking and wireless internet are provided to guests.
Arriving from the direction of Limenas, 600m after you pass the Maranton Hotel you’ll see the Beta Villa. Carry on forward for a few meters, then turn left into the street where you will soon see this accommodation.
