Anastasia House 2 is the accommodation near the center of Stavros and offers two studios for 2-4 people and one apartment for 2-7 persons. It’s in a quiet location, a short walk away from all the contents. The famous Platani beach is about 500m away.

The center is at about 150m, the nearest beach is at 350m, the bakery at 100m and the supermarket is 80m away.

The studio on the ground floor (20m2) has one double bed and bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped, has a small fridge and a hotplate. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a folding door.

On the first floor there is an apartment (60m2) with three separate bedrooms. The first has a double bed and a single bed, the second has a single bed with a drawer, while the third bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms are connected by a long terrace, and all rooms are separated by sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped, has a fridge and a stove, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
When the apartment is used by only one family, the third bedroom is locked.

On the third floor there is a studio (25m2) with a double bed (narrower than standard) with a drawer bed and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a fridge and a stove, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a folding door. From the hallway there is an exit to a small balcony (of the two existing, the second has a table with chairs) that overlooks the building. The studio has air conditioning, but also a fan, if necessary.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets and a hairdryer.

The guests clean and maintain hygiene in the accommodation units by themselves. Bed linen and towels are replaced at half of the stay (only if guests want it) for reservations of 10 nights or more..

There’s a public parking space in front of the building. There is no private parking.

If you’re looking for decent accommodation near the center and the beach in Stavros, Anastasia House 2 can be a good choice.
