Anastasia House 3 is accommodation in the center of Stavros, about 150m from the beach. The accommodation has two apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Tourist facilities are just a few steps away, and the nearest market and bakery are only 20m away.

The apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a separate room with a double bed, a living room with a double bed, a sofa for one person and a kitchen. It has air conditioning, internet and TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer. A portable grill and a cot are available upon request.

The family duplex apartment on the first floor (80m2) is suitable for 1-2 families. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and an equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, a large refrigerator and a stove. One folding sofa is located in the hall from where you enter two separate bedrooms with one double bed narrower than standard and two single beds, or one double and two single beds. Each bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the street. The apartment is air-conditioned, has internet access, TV and hair dryer. It is equipped with wooden furniture, has a balcony with seating in front of the front door, and a portable grill is available to guests (on request).
The guests clean and maintain hygiene by themselves. If someone needs towels, they should contact the owners. Bed linen is replaced at half of the stay (only if guests want it).

Guests can park on the street. Private parking is not provided.

Arriving from the direction of Thessaloniki, before the market Smile, turn to the right into the street between a children’s playroom with a pastry shop and a tourist shop with a mini-market next to it.

Anastasia House 3 is a comfortable but modest accommodation, so it’s recommended to less demanding guests, who prefer the proximity of the center and the beach.
