Rosa Casa is located in Ammoudia, a peaceful and charming seaside village in the Preveza region, known for its beautiful nature, pleasant atmosphere and long sandy beach. The accommodation is just 460 metres from the sandy beach, allowing guests to reach the sea with an easy and pleasant walk. The spacious and carefully designed interior, beautifully landscaped garden and welcoming atmosphere provide everything needed for a relaxing and carefree holiday, while the peaceful surroundings further contribute to a sense of privacy and complete relaxation.

This property is a two-bedroom apartment spread over two levels and can accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, at ground-floor level, there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The upper level, on the first floor, features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel arrangements easier and the stay more convenient for families with babies.

The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Guests have at their disposal two air-conditioning units, one located in the living room and the other in the hallway on the upper level, WiFi internet, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, a safety deposit box, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster.

On the balconies and veranda, which are furnished with tables and chairs, guests can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and lovely views of the garden and surrounding area. The accommodation also features a beautifully landscaped garden with sun loungers, created for complete peace and relaxation.

Small pets are allowed free of charge, making this accommodation a practical choice for guests who wish to bring their pets on holiday.

For stays of four nights, no cleaning or change of bed linen and towels is provided during the stay. For longer reservations, cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is carried out halfway through the stay. Additional cleaning is also available upon request for an extra charge.

Private parking with four parking spaces is also available for guests.

Rosa Casa is just 6 km from Necromanteion, one of the most important ancient archaeological sites in this part of Epirus, known for its ancient sanctuary dedicated to Hades and Persephone. Loutsa, a popular seaside resort with a long sandy beach, crystal-clear waters and numerous tavernas and beach bars, is 11 km away. The Acheron River, 20 km away, is one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the area, ideal for excursions, walks, boat rides and enjoying nature. Also 20 km away is Parga, one of the most famous seaside resorts in Epirus, featuring a picturesque old town, a Venetian castle, numerous restaurants and cafés, and beautiful beaches. Aktion Airport in Preveza is 51 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
