Skiathea Villas is a luxury complex of villas, located in Agia Paraskevi of Skiathos (Platanias), overlooking the crystal blue waters of the Aegean sea. Each villa within the complex is carefully designed to offer a luxurious, yet relaxed feeling to their guests. Special care has been given to the private pool area (50 sqmt) that offers the best views in Skiathos.

Villa A

Villa A is the head villa of the complex; the villa offers 3 detached bedrooms a spacious “open” common sitting area, with great sea views. In more details, the 3 detached bedrooms offer:

room1: apartment style, with a living room, a modern kitchenette (with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave), double bed, bathroom, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, air-condition, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. Room area 65 sqmt.

room2: studio style with a mini fridge, double bed, bathroom, air-condition, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV. Room area 20 sqmt.

room3: studio style with a mini fridge, double bed, bathroom, safe deposit box, bathroom amenities, HI-FI stereo, Flat Smart TV, private outdoor sitting area. Room area 35 sqmt.

The villa can sleep a total of 6 guests; holidays in the villas of the complex can guarantee that your return, you will feel completely “re-energized”.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
