If you are looking for a true green oasis of peace right on a sandy beach in Hanioti, in a tucked-away and quieter part of the town, Akti Hanioti Villas is the perfect choice for a carefree and relaxing holiday. This complex stands out for its spacious setting surrounded by lush greenery, natural shade, and a beautifully maintained garden that provides ideal conditions for enjoying the outdoors throughout the day. The property offers comfortable apartments of various layouts, suitable for both smaller and larger groups of guests. A five-bed apartment is located on the ground floor and accommodates up to five people, while three spacious apartments with three bedrooms are also available, each accommodating up to eight guests. One of these apartments is positioned on the first floor and attic level, while the other two are spread across the ground and first floors. The layout in all units is almost identical—on the lower level, there is a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom or toilet, while the upper level features two bedrooms and a bathroom, with one apartment also including an additional toilet upstairs.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms. The living room features a flat-screen TV, and guests also have access to wireless Wi-Fi internet. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary elements, including a large oven, two or four ceramic cooktops (depending on the unit), and a large refrigerator with a freezer. Additional appliances available in every apartment include a coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. In some three-bedroom apartments with ground-floor access, a dishwasher is also provided. Furthermore, all units are equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer, ensuring extra comfort during your stay.

Guests can relax on verandas or balconies furnished with seating sets, while the special charm is enhanced by the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard with plenty of greenery and natural shade. The yard has direct access to the sandy beach and includes an outdoor shower, which is especially convenient after swimming in the sea. A private barbecue is also available to guests.

Cleaning during the stay is not included, but it can be arranged at an additional cost. Bed linen and towels are changed every seven days. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their apartments.

Small pets are allowed and their stay is included in the price.

Private parking is provided for guests, with two parking spaces reserved for each accommodation unit.

Hanioti is one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of Kassandra, known for its long sandy beaches and clear turquoise sea, as well as abundant greenery. The town center offers promenades, tavernas, restaurants, cafés, and shops, with a lively and pleasant atmosphere throughout the season. The popular resort of Pefkohori is 4 km away, Polychrono 6 km, and Afitos 19 km. Thessaloniki Airport is located 93 km away, allowing for easy access. Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 5% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
