The apartment is located in the semi‑basement of the building, designed for up to five adults, and arranged as a functional space for rest and everyday living during the holiday. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people.

The apartment’s equipment is adapted for guests seeking a functional stay. Air conditioners are located in the bedrooms, while WiFi and Smart TVs with apps for favorite content are available for daily connectivity and relaxation. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simpler meals and includes a two‑zone hob and a large refrigerator with a freezer, providing basic practicality during the stay.

The apartment has a veranda furnished with seating, offering guests outdoor space during the day. The veranda overlooks nearby buildings and a park with a children’s playground across the street, reflecting the property’s position in the more urban part of town, close to everyday amenities.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 20 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
