Roula’s Residence is located in Nea Flogita, about 400 meters from the beach, and represents a functional and nicely decorated accommodation, ideal for larger groups and families seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. Nea Flogita is a well-organized resort with a long beach and an endless row of palm trees in its backdrop, a paved promenade, and well-maintained parks, while the area offers numerous souvenir shops and boutiques, as well as many cafés with arranged terraces, restaurants, tavernas, and pastry shops. The beach is wide and sandy, with fine sand or pebbles both in the water and on the shore, a gradual entrance to the sea, and a long shallow area, making it ideal for families with small children. Thanks to its excellent location, guests also have easy access to Thessaloniki, perfect for excursions, sightseeing, and shopping, as well as the peninsulas of Sithonia and Kassandra, known for their beautiful beaches worth exploring.

The three-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to eight adults. On the lower level, located on the second floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper level, on the third floor, features two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa suitable for two persons.

Upon request, a baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge, ensuring a more comfortable stay for families with young children.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. On the upper floor, guests also have access to a functional mini kitchenette with a sink for everyday needs.

Guests can relax on one of the two balconies, which are equipped with outdoor furniture and offer a partial sea view.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation upon prior request and at an additional cost, making it suitable for guests traveling with their pets. This ensures a pleasant and safe stay for pets, while their owners can enjoy a worry-free holiday.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which are provided and available throughout the stay. At the end of the stay, a mandatory cleaning service applies and is charged additionally, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition for future guests.

There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found in front of the property or along the street.

Roula’s Residence is located 8 km from Nea Moudania and Sozopoli, and 18 km from Nea Kallikratia. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki Airport “Makedonia,” is 45 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
