Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Luuma Apartments is an accommodation located right on the beach in Thimonia. It offers a total of two units: one 4 Bed Studio and one 4 Bed Apartment.
Both units are essentially the same, with the apartment having a separate bedroom, while the studio has accordion doors instead of a wall as a partition. They are located on the high ground floor and each of them consists of one double bed and a sofa for two.
The accommodation features a kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a well kept courtyard with a children's playground, private parking, sun loungers and umbrellas (which are included in the price), as well as a beach bar where guests can order drinks or a light meal such as a sandwich.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
