Nea Potidea is a peaceful area just 20 m from the beach where Alexandra Beach Villa is located. This accommodation is specially designed for families and groups of friends, providing ideal conditions for a relaxing and carefree seaside holiday. The close proximity to the beach offers easy access to crystal-clear waters and a sandy shoreline, while the pleasant and quiet surroundings contribute to a truly enjoyable stay.

The property consists of four identical maisonettes spread across two levels, suitable for up to five adults and one child up to seven years old. Each accommodation unit is entered from the ground floor, where guests will find a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and one bedroom, while the second bedroom is located on the first floor. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. In the living room, guests also have access to a sofa bed suitable for two people.

Each unit is air-conditioned and equipped with two air-conditioning units, located in the living room and the upstairs bedroom, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the stay. The living room also includes a flat-screen TV, while the kitchen is equipped with a large oven, two cooking rings, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A washing machine is also available for guests.

Each maisonette has a fenced veranda at the entrance with outdoor seating furniture, as well as an additional veranda accessible from the ground-floor bedroom, providing extra space for relaxation outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay. Bed linen is changed halfway through the stay, while towels are not provided.

Private parking is not available for guests of the apartments, but parking is possible nearby along the street.

Nea Potidea is a peaceful and picturesque resort at the entrance to the Kassandra peninsula, known for its long beach, clear sea, and relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for family vacations and a getaway from crowded tourist areas. Thanks to its convenient location, Nea Potidea is well connected to the rest of Kassandra. Afitos is located 16 km away and is known for its traditional architecture and beautiful sea views, Kallithea is approximately 20 km away, while Thessaloniki Airport is located 59 km from the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 7 years.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
