The property offers four identical studios, located on the elevated ground floor and the first floor, designed to accommodate up to four adults in comfort. Each studio consists of a functional open-plan sleeping area with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, providing guests with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Every accommodation unit features a double bed and a bunk bed, making these studios an excellent choice for families with children as well as smaller groups of friends wishing to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and the close proximity of all that Pefkohori has to offer.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with amenities that ensure a comfortable and worry-free stay. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer. The functional kitchenettes are suitable for preparing light meals and are equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two ceramic cooking hobs, and an electric kettle.

Each accommodation unit opens onto a private balcony, offering the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the warm summer days. Pets are not allowed at the property.

Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are not included; however, these services can be arranged at an additional charge. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodation units.

For additional comfort and peace of mind, private parking is available on site. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, availability is subject to confirmation upon arrival.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
