Kaiafa Ismini Villas are located in the peaceful resort of Polihrono, 850 m from the beach. These luxurious villas with private pools offer the perfect setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in an environment that combines comfort and Mediterranean charm.

There are five villas available, each structured as maisonettes, spanning two levels and capable of accommodating up to six adults. Three units on the first level, at ground level, feature a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, while on the second level, the first floor, they have two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room includes two sofas for one person each. The remaining two units on the first level, at ground level, have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person. On the second level, the first floor, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large fridge freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the veranda and balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the private pool.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay. Upon request, and for an additional fee, a cleaning service is available, which includes the replacement of bed linen and towels.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
