Dinas 5 House is a comfortable and cozy accommodation located in Vergia, near the resort of Nea Kallikratia, in Halkidiki. This property is 1.4 km away from the nearest beach, as well as 6 km from the center of Nea Kallikratia, allowing guests to enjoy a holiday away from the crowds and providing a unique opportunity for much-needed rest and relaxation.

The house, which consists of a ground floor elevated three steps above ground level, contains a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. A maximum of five adults can stay at this property, with guests accommodated on a double bed in the bedroom, or on a sofa for two and a sofa chair that can be unfolded into a bed in the living room.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon the guests’ prior request, at the time of booking.

A pleasant stay during the hot summer days is made possible by the air-conditioning unit located in the living room, as well as a ceiling fan located in the bedroom. The accommodation has wireless WiFi internet connection, as well as two televisions located in the living room and bedroom, of which the device in the living room is smart. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a small oven with two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer. The availability of a hairdryer and a washing machine also contributes to the comfort of the stay.

In the fresh air, guests can enjoy the veranda, equipped with outdoor seating, as well as in the fenced, landscaped, grassy yard, which is particularly enjoyed by the youngest guests, while older guests can also find entertainment there, considering that the yard is equipped with a private barbecue.

It is possible to stay at this property with small pets, with prior notice, without any additional charges or deposit.

Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay. It is possible to arrange cleaning service for an additional fee. The service of changing bed linen and towels is not provided, and guests have a clean replacement set at their disposal, which they change themselves.

Three private parking spaces are provided for guests of this accommodation, which contributes to a carefree and relaxed holiday, especially for those guests who are accustomed to traveling to their holiday destination by car.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
